I was born 1 May 1992, and grew up in Ottawa, Canada. I majored in computer science with a minor in Spanish in university, worked in the Royal Canadian Navy for 15 years, started a business building tiny homes in 2024, and now am sharing what I have learned throughout my life to help others find peace and reduce human conflict.

I have always been a very loving and compassionate person, largely due to my 4 wonderful siblings and my parents who often showed me unconditional love, despite them separating when I was just 5 years old.

I was in a loving relationship for 6 years with a neuroscientist who I married, then in 2019, we separated when we triggered each other’s deepest wounds of abandonment and feelings of confinement. I still care about her and wish her all the best with her new family that she is raising in Quebec.

Throughout my nearly 15 years as an Officer in the Canadian Navy, I learned the flaws of how people in authority use closed statements to instil a sense of control and fear to follow orders. I have often fought back against this, understanding that treating people as equals and using Love instead of Fear was far more effective.

For over a decade, I’ve had countless loving discussions with family, friends and colleagues. As of the summer of 2024, I have also started to offer talk therapy to members of my community.

My approach is quite simple: it involves guiding each other to better Act with Love; learning how to effectively think and communicate by using open statements, thereby increasing peace and reducing turbulence, expectations, assumptions, control and fear.
